Prelude 2026 Annual Report

Dear Partners, Students, and Champions of Economic Mobility,

Ninety-five high school students became year-long, paid interns at leading companies in their communities. Our program completion rate reached 98%, the highest in our history. Our students embraced challenges, built lasting relationships, contributed to their teams, and mastered durable professional skills—all while earning over $520,000 in wages and accumulating 30,000 hours of meaningful work experience.

These results belong to all of you. To our students: congratulations on all that you accomplished this year. To our funders, employer partners, and school partners: your investment made this year’s growth possible, and your trust made it meaningful.

The youth labor market is not getting easier. That is precisely why this work matters more, not less. We remain energized by what’s possible when a young person is given real work, real trust, and a real chance. And we’re already building toward an even bigger SY26‑27.
