Joyce Cadesca

Joyce Cadesca serves as Interim Director of Growth & Operations for Prelude. As a strategy and social impact leader, she translates organizational priorities into partnerships, investments, and initiatives that strengthen communities by advancing economic mobility.

Joyce's experience spans financial services, business strategy, corporate philanthropy, and nonprofit leadership. Across these environments, her work has focused particularly on workforce development, healthcare access, and educational opportunity. Most recently, she founded the Institute for Capital Fluency, a nonprofit that helps emerging leaders navigate the increasingly complex spheres of opportunity and influence.

Joyce earned a Bachelor of Arts from Columbia University and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College. She is also a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR) with experience in executive coaching and leadership development. Based in Charlotte, North Carolina, Joyce brings a combination of institutional strategy, operational discipline, and community-centered leadership to her work.
